Our 5Mbps line allows you to connect up to 2 devices and stream on 1 device. While this line is most affordable, most people require a faster line. Most of our customers are happy with our 10Mbps line. It allows you to connect up to 4 devices at the same time and stream in HD on up to 2 devices. Some customers prefer a 20Mbps line in order to connect more devices, stream in 4K, or to have a better gaming experience. If you download large files, it will be fastest with our 20Mbps line.

With our uncapped lines, you can connect all of your devices. Please note the number of devices you connect at the same time may affect your wifi experience, so always make sure to select a line speed that supports the number of devices you want to connect.

You can request a wifi installation for your home or business. One of our friendly customer service team members will call you within 48 hours to confirm whether there is coverage for your area. During this call, we will answer any questions you might have and identify the product that works best for you. A site survey may be needed to confirm that we can install at your building. As soon as we have confirmed coverage, we will ask you to make payment. When we have received your payment, we will install and get you connected.
Our uncapped line plans are uncapped and unlimited. That means, you never run out of data and your line speed stays the same throughout the whole month. You will receive unlimited gigabytes to use with your plan. If you like to go online anytime of the day or night without worrying about running out of data, our uncapped lines are best for you.
An uninterruptable power supply (or UPS) is essentially a back-up battery for your computer or other electronics system in the event of a power failure or other electrical line problems. In the occurrence of load shedding, for example, your wifi will stay on because of the UPS.
The setup is included when the installation takes place. It is important that you do not move or unplug the UPS as it will cause a high risk of your UPS and wifi not working properly. The UPS must always stay plugged into the electricity wall socket, which charges the UPS when there is power so it can stay on for longer when load shedding hits.
The UPS is plugged into the TooMuchWifi router (Mikrotik) and the outdoor CPE. This ensures there is a constant wifi connection, even when load shedding and power cuts occur.
When purchasing the AMANDLA+ UPS Bundle, you need to choose which Uncapped Line best suits your needs (5Mbps Line, 10Mbps Line or 20Mbps Line). You will also receive a UPS. Installation for both the Uncapped Line and UPS is an the standard fee of R300.

The UPS must stay plugged in. This allows it to charge so it will be able to last during power interruptions. If it stays plugged in, the UPS will last between 4 hours.
Keep your UPS plugged in at all times! It will charge while the electricity is off, charging the battery so it lasts longer when the electricity is off.
