B7510 Kubota

Kubota B7510 all I need
Model Year: 2006

I have about 1.5 acres in suburban Seattle. I bought my tractor with a backhoe and front loader mostly to dig French Drains around my property. Along the way I have moved almost 500 yards of topsoil, dug 100 yards of drains, planted 50 trees and graded and shaped an area of approx. 5000 sq ft for additional lawn. The 7510 is a great sized tractor for these needs. It is small enough to get into areas a bigger tractor would not, yet big enough to move a lot of soil in a 4 hour period. The backhoe is great but I'd have preferred a narrower bucket, and I wish the tractor weighed more when using the backhoe, but otherwise if it were heavier it would do more to tear up my lawn when I have to drive over it. I got industrial tires but now my new grass is growing in I would have liked turf tires. Backhoe is a little uncomfortable to sit on for a tall guy like myself, but very useful, and I wish the front loader had a little more lifting capacity. I wish the buckets had chain hooks welded on, and a thumb on the front loader and/or the backhoe would sure be nice. Other than that, a terrific little tractor that does a huge amount of work. Love the little diesel engine.

Pros: small but versatile, plenty of tractor for landscape work
Cons: I have no other tractor to compare it to, so see the review text.

B7510 Kubota Tractor Backhoe
Model Year: 2006

Great for my use around homes and other tight locations. I trench ditches, water and electrical lines , grade and level loads of material , build trails and small roads , pull stumps , waterproof foundations, snowblow , fire wood splitter , till large gardens and whatever people require. Very poor seat. Had a custom made seat installed...nice. Cheap on fuel. 20 liter diesel good all day long unless hauling fill up a hill. Very reliable and strong for its size. I would not trade it off. I will get a second larger tractor when finances allow. Overall I am very satisfied.

Pros: small and light weight for towing and manouvering around homes
Cons: Small bucket , only a 6, back hoe reach, 21 HP Small and OK

My Kubota a great tractor!
Model Year: 2005

I have the Kubota B7510 with loader-MMM-Backhoe and also I have a 4' rototiller, box blade, grader blade, bush hog and a middle buster plow. My tractor is wonderful and just what I need on 60 acres where it is always used for something. I could use a little more oomph every great once in a while but not enough to get rid of it. I always find a work around. I like my Kubota and it likes me almost as much as my dog Jack.

Pros: Small enough to handle well and large enough for most jobs!
Cons: Could use a little more power sometimes.

Orange Fan
Model Year: 2006

I have 5 acres with 2 in lawn and a small orchard. It's a perfect size tractor for lawn mowing as it's easy to maneuver with a 5ft finish mower. I have LA 302 loader and a back blade and have moved a lot of dirt, manure, mulch and stone. I've even done some significant excavation for a small pond, but could use a tooth bar to optimize ground penetration. It's been a great tractor with the exception of the seat which is not only uncomfortable, but cracked in several places after only 2 years. Also, I don't like the position of the headlight switch as I'm constantly turning it off with my knee. I wish I would have purchased the industrial tires vs turf as they really load up fast in soft dirt, but their fine on the lawn. It's great on fuel and although we got about 120 inches of snow this year, only used a bit more than 1/2 a tank since Nov. I have considered upgrading to B2920 as I'd like a bit more hp.

Pros: Turning radius, power for its size, fuel use, reliability, easy to attach loader, ease of maintenance
Cons: seat, light switch location, quarter inching valve

B 7510 at the marina
Model Year: 2005

We purchased our 7510 to do multitasking at our small waterfront marina. We back blade the driveway, use it for snow removal with a 54" Smyth blower and Kubota LA 302 FEL move small outboards and garden tractors with the forks and most of all move boats and trailers around the yard and boat launching at our ramp. With the turf tires this little tractor has great traction on our paved ramp even when pulling 3,000 lb boats up the ramp and yet leaves no ruts when ding the 30 or so trailer movements around the property each day.

Pros: starts in whte coldest weather, will run a week on a tank of fuel, is quiet and smooth. The low height makes the many transitions off and on the tractor each day effortless. FEL goes off and on in minutes
Cons: have to watch the parking brake, has popped off on more then one occassion, not good when loading a 20 ft boat on a trailer at the boat ramp, Breaks the smaller clutch pedal return spring at least once a year (we keep one in stock easy to install) and wish it had a live P.T.O for blowing (have to sneak it into nuetral while blower is turning to clear snow at the end of a pass. Wish the loader would lift a little more (can't move a sled or ATV with forks in the snow)

Scalzo's Kubota
Model Year: 2006

This tractor has worked superbly for me and the build quality of this tractor is outstanding. I am paralyzed from the waist down and I have to take care of the 4 acres I live on. I am unable to use the hydrostat model tractors so I went with the standard shift. I have added hand controls for the brakes and clutch. This is model is 4 wheel drive and I have the Industrial R4 tires on it. Attachments I use are the LA302 front end loader, Woods finishing mower, Woods brush hog, Woods roto-tiller, and box blade. The only issue I have is the 1/4 inch valving 3-point control was difficult to get used to, although after much practice, I have no problems with it. The only thing I would like to add now is the back-hoe because I cannot dig holes due to my paralysis. The back-hoe would be great but it is expensive.

Pros: Build quality and price (as compared to a comparable John Deere).
Cons: Quarter-inch valving on the 3-point.

A Very Useful Machine
Model Year: 2004

My 7510 has had very few problems in the 6 years that I've owned it. Other than routine maintenance I've had to replace one hydraulic line on the loader and the fuel cap. I use it for small landscape jobs. It's great for fitting in small yards and does minimal damage to lawns. I have a loader rototiller backhoe and forks. Very handy machine.

Pros: Very well designed machine.
Cons: Parts are expensive.

Kubota B7510
Model Year: 2006

Have used my tractor almost everyday for 5 years. Have a 4' front loader, Bushog rdth60, and Landpride rake (this was a mistake), have replaced one hydraulic hose for loader, and recently posted thread about pin in left rear axle fell out. Tractor has started every time, and is almost indestructible considering how much damage I probably did to it the 1st year as a rookie! I would not buy any other type but I would definitely not use my current dealer...unlike Kubota they stink.

Pros: Dependable, tough.
Cons: Difficult to unhook loader assembly.

Love My Tractor
Model Year: 2006

The 7510 was purchased to clean up 1 plus acres that the previous owner had junked up. The dealer talked me into a front end loader which I have never regretted purchasing. The FEL has become my tool of choice. The dealer also set up the 7510 with water in the tires for more traction. For the first couple of years I just worked around my place, then neighbors began asking me to work on their property (for hire). I finish mow with a Land Pride 48" three bladed 3 pt mower, till a garden with a 48" tiller, use a middle buster now and then. My latest acquisition is a 5' land plane which I use to maintain parking lots and grade a lot before sod is installed. The 7510 is gear shift with only 21 hp, yet I have done some jobs as well as larger tractors - I just take my time. Contractor have called on me to spread dirt and crushed limestone around existing homes because of the small size of the 7510. I have had only one issue with the 7510 .. the electrical control box went out after 4 years. My dealer showed me how to hot wire it to run until the replacement arrived from Japan. I have gone back to the same dealer and will be taking delivery of a B3200 HST with FEL and rear hydraulic remote next week. Need to move up in horsepower to drive a larger mower for a mowing contract. The dealer experience plus a really great price has influenced my decision. I looked at JD and another new import named LS (Columbia blue made by LG). The LS is a very massive tractor for it's size. The B3200 won out in my mind because the physical size of the tractor fits my needs and the horsepower is adequate for the mower I need to pull. I also like the 3 speed HST and the drive station is way more comfortable than my 7510.

Pros: Well built, handles easy, strong for size, FEL bucket can be tilted and raised or lowered simultaneously.
Cons: 3 point control is a bit too far to the rear.

All Purpose Tractor
Model Year: 2009

I live on ten acres which is heavily forested with live oaks. The narrow width makes it the perfect machine for mowing, equipped with a bush hog mower. The front end loader has been a great help along with a pair of payne forks since I have some physical disabilities, It is a hard working machine and has proven a great investment

Pros: Great fuel economy.
Cons: Small fuel filter size.
