Remember the woman who sold her used bathwater online? Well, in case you don’t let us remind you.

Back in July 2019 adult content star Belle Delphine, whose real name is Mary-Belle Kirschner, went viral for selling jars of ‘gamer girl bathwater’.

The 24-year-old even managed to sell them for $43 a pop.

Since the revelation came to light her father has disowned her due to her career choice.

Speaking to Louis Theroux on The Louis Theroux podcast, Belle shared her inspiration behind selling her used bathwater, she said: “I was trying to think of something more unique, so I went down the [route] of selling my own spit or hair. But I didn’t want to cut my hair and it’s very hard to produce a lot of spit.

“So then I was thinking of something else that’s close to my physical body that I could produce and sell in a cute way that I thought was quite fun to do.”

Belle also has an OnlyFans account where subscribers can pay $54 per month to view her content. However, this didn’t go down well with her father.

She went on to admit in the podcast that her dad was the only person in the family who didn’t know about what she did for a living.

“Everybody in my family knows. I never wanted it to be a secret thing, because everyone always finds out eventually,” she said.

When her father visited her in the UK, he grew suspicious of how his daughter could afford to buy her own home.

She continued: “I think it was that evening or the next day and he just went wild.

“He went crazy. The messages he was writing … it was just horrible. But he’s always been like that, so it’s not something I wouldn’t have expected.”

Despite making $7.6 million from her adult content work, Belle told Theroux she felt “uncomfortable” knowing her nude photos were out there on the internet.

She said: “I’m not against sex work at all … but what about if you shoot content with a partner and things go sour?

“Do you still keep selling this video of you and your ex-partner to people because it makes you money?

“I haven’t personally had this, but others have. ‘How do you deal with your uncle purchasing your OnlyFans?’”
